This 32 year old man met with Dr. Shifrin to discuss an improvement in the appearance of his chest. He wanted to feel more comfortable without his shirt on Dr. Shifrin performed a gynecomastia procedure combining power assisted liposuction and removal of the excess firm tissue behind his areola through a small incision hidden in his chest crease. At 3 months after surgery, he was very pleased with his results.
