Patient Details
We met this lovely gentleman in consultation for a drooping lip. He had a history of a trauma as a child and developed muscle paralysis and scarring over time that left him with an uneven, crooked smile. We performed a scar revision to both the outside and inside of his lip, camouflaging the scars in creases. We removed excess lip tissue and reoriented the vectors of pull on his lip effectively rebalancing his smile. The procedure was done under local in the office with minimal bruising and swelling afterwards. 3 months after his procedure, he was thrilled with his balanced smile.
