Dr. Shifrin met with this 22 year old woman to discuss her prominent ears. She had been bothered as a child with the appearance of her ears and had hid them under her hair. She wanted to feel less self conscious and confident to wear her hair in a ponytail. Dr. Shifrin performed an otoplasty procedure to define the curves of her ear and to set her ears back into proper alignment with her head. 3 months after surgery she was happy with her results.
