This 55 year old lady came to see Dr. Shifrin because she thought that her facial appearance made her look older than she felt. Specifically, she did not like the deep fold next to her mouth, her tired eyes and heavy brow and the sagging in her neck that she noticed. She underwent a full face and neck lift with fat grafting to her nasolabial folds and tear troughs, an endoscopic brow lift and a lower eyelid blepharoplasty. At her 4 month visit she was pleased with the natural look and improvement of her face and neck.
