This 48 year old woman met with us to discuss a breast augmentation and breast mastopexy. She wanted correction of her significantly uneven breasts and an increase in volume and lift. We performed a breast augmentation and breast lift during the same surgery. A circum-vertical lollipop lift was used on her left breast and a periareolar lift was performed on her right breast. 350 cc silicone gel implants were placed in the subfascial plane. 3 months after surgery, she was quite pleased with her breast reshaping and increase in cup size from a C to a DD.
