After contemplating breast augmentation, this 28 year old woman consulted with us for her surgery. She desired fuller, even breasts without a visible scar. We performed a breast augmentation with 350 cc silicone gel implants through a scar hidden in the fold under her breast.
He placed the implants in the subfascial plane (above the muscle, but below the muscle covering) providing excellent coverage for the implant while avoiding visible implant movement with flexion. The augmentation increased her cup size from a small C to a full D. She was happy with the results.
