We met with this 40 year old woman to discuss a thigh lift procedure. She had undergone a prior thigh lift and was unhappy with the uneven leg contour, continued leg fullness and visible scar. We performed a revision thigh lift with liposuction to improve her thigh profile and move her visible scar. limited. At 3 months after surgery she was very pleased with her results.
