This 19 year old man met with us at David Shifrin MD to discuss an improvement in the appearance of his chest. He specifically wanted to improve his puffy areolas and excess breast tissue. He had a chest wall bony deformity from birth that accentuated his male breast tissue excess. Dr. Shifrin performed a gynecomastia procedure combining liposuction and direct removal of the firm tissue beneath his areolas through one small incision on each chest side. At 3 months after surgery, he was pleased with his results.
