We met this 18 year old man to discuss the appearance of his nipples. He wanted to improve his overprojecting “pointy” nipples. He was self conscious of his chest as a result and felt uncomfortable without a shirt on. Dr. Shifrin performed a nipple reduction in the office under local anesthesia. His photos depict his results at 9 months after his procedure. He was pleased with his outcome.
