Dr. Shifrin met with this 59 year old woman to discuss facial fat grafting. She desired more youthful appearing full, even cheek bones and a reduction in the crease under her lower eyelids. Dr. Shifrin performed facial fat grafting to her cheeks and tear toughs. Fat was lipo-suctioned from her abdomen, purified and transferred to her face. 3 months after surgery her cheeks are fuller and better defined and her tear trough deformity has been corrected.
