Dr. Shifrin met with this 69 year woman to discuss the asymmetry of her eyebrows. Her right eyebrow was higher than her left and she did not like the extra skin that hung over the outer portions of her upper eyelids. She desired even, aesthetically arched brows and rejuvenation of her eyelids without surgery on the eyelids themselves. Dr. Shifrin performed a direct brow lift (scar hidden at the front of the hair line) that allowed him to even the eyebrow height, smooth out the upper eyelid hooding and lower her hair line. 4 months after surgery, her scars were fading and she was quite pleased with her refreshed non operated appearance.
