This 53 year old woman had undergone two breast surgeries. She was unhappy with her loss of upper chest fullness and sagging breast appearance. We removed her old implants replaced them with 500 cc high profile silicone gel implants, reformed her breast pockets and supported her new implants internally with the use of a porcine acellular dermal matrix (absorbable mesh) and performed a revision breast lift. She was extremely pleased with her improved breast shape at 3 months after surgery.
