This 48 year old woman had undergone a breast augmentation 10 years ago. She presented to us with ptotic (sagging), uneven, displaced breasts. She wanted to decrease her implant size, lift her breasts and reduce the size of areolas. We removed her old implants, replaced them with new implants and performed a breast lift (mastopexy). She was very pleased with her smaller, perkier breasts.
