We met this 30 year old woman in consultation. She had lost over 190 pounds after a massive weight loss from diet and exercise and was interested in improving the appearance of her figure. She wanted to begin with a body lift. After recovering from her body lift, 3 months later, she underwent a reverse tummy tuck and a bra line backlift to address the residual upper abdominal skin and upper back skin excess. She was quite pleased with her results 3 months after surgery and is planning to address her arms and breasts during her next surgery. Surgery after weight loss is a challenging subspecialty that requires expert care.
