We met this 42 year old woman to discuss revising a failed buttocks implant surgery. Her initial augmentation at another practice resulted in exposed implants that required removal. Dr. Shifrin revised her prior scars and placed 400 cc round silicone implants in her gluteus muscle to achieve her desired buttocks shape. The after photos display lasting results at 3 months.
