This 57 year old lady came to see Dr. Shifrin to discuss her facial aging. She thought that her facial appearance made her look older than she felt. Specifically, she did not like the deep fold next to her mouth, the sagging and banding in her neck, the hollow cheek bones and the many fine wrinkles she noticed. She underwent a full face and neck lift with micro fat grafting to her nasolabial folds and merrionette lines and upper and lower eyelid blepharoplasty. At her 2 month visit she was very pleased with the natural look and improvement of her face and neck.
