Dr. Shifrin met with this 42 year woman to discuss the tired appearance of her eyes. She felt as though the lower eyelid bags and the deep crease projected a look that was different from the way she felt inside. Dr. Shifrin performed a lower eyelid surgery or blepharoplasty with fat repositioning to correct her tear trough deformity (deep crease).
