This 45 year old woman had undergone a breast lift in the past. She presented to us wanting an increase in size, improvement in shape and reshaping of her vertically stretched areolas. We placed 415 cc high profile silicone implants underneath her pectoralis muscles and converted her lift from a donut lift to a full lift. She was pleased with the improved appearance of her breasts at her 5 month visit after surgery.
