This 35 year old woman had undergone a breast augmentation 12 years earlier. She presented to us with displaced, uneven saline implants with visible scars. She wanted to replace her old saline implants with her own fat. We removed her old implants and grafted fat in two surgical sessions to achieve her goals. She was pleased with the natural feel of her breasts and the size and shape at her 6 month visit after surgery.
