This 24 year old woman desired an increase in her breast size and shape. We performed a sub muscular breast augmentation through an inframammary fold incision using 325 cc smooth round silicone gels implants. She was quite pleased with her repositioning and increase in cup size from an A to a full C at her 6 week visit.
