This 39 year old woman had undergone a saline implant breast augmentation 10 years prior. She was unhappy with her uneven breasts, misplaced nipples and areolas. We removed her old saline implants replaced them with new silicone gel implants, reformed her breast pockets and resupported her implants internally with the use of an acellular dermal matrix (absorbable biologic mesh).
