This 40 year old woman had undergone a breast augmentation 12 years earlier. She presented to us with displaced, uneven saline implants with visible scars on her upper stomach. We removed her old implants, placed new silicone implants, adjusted her pockets and moved her old visible scars back into the folds under breasts for better camouflage. She was pleased with the improved appearance of her breasts at her 6 month visit after surgery.
