This 31 year old woman decided to have us perform a breast lift and augmentation. Her goals were to attain symmetric, balanced breasts with appropriately positioned nipples. She also wanted to increase her breast volume specifically in the top of her breast where it was flat. We used 330 cc smooth round silicone implants placed under the muscle fascia above the muscle and a lift to achieve her goals. She was pleased with her results at 3 months.
