This 53 year old woman had undergone a saline implant breast augmentation 8 years prior. She presented to us with a deflated left breast and a desire to increase her implant size. We removed her old implants replaced them with new silicone gel implants through her original peri-areolar scars. She was pleased with her new breasts at 5 months after surgery.
