This 33 year old woman desired a return to her pre baby body. Specifically, she wanted to regain her breast volume she felt she had lost with her pregnancies. We performed a submuscular silicone gel augmentation with 325 cc implants through a periareolar approach. She was pleased with her result, increasing her breast size from a small B to a full C. The added volume and improved shape helped her regain confidence wearing form fitting tops and lower cut dresses.
