We met with this 29 year old female to discuss an arm lift or brachioplasty procedure. She desired a thinner arm that did not shake when she waived. We performed an extended brachioplasty removing the excess skin on her upper chest in addition to her excess arm skin. At 3 months after surgery she was happy with her results.
