This 57 year old man consulted with us for a revision of a prior calf augmentation. He had an underdeveloped right leg from birth and had undergone an implant augmentation years before. We replaced both inner and outer calf implants through a scar hidden in the back of his knee crease and further contoured his leg with fat grafting. At 3 months after the procedure, he was happy.
